Project Overview
The problem, the constraint and what shipped.
Context
OpenPantry began as an early-stage B2B SaaS idea that needed a tangible product teams could use, test and develop further.
Challenge
Turn loosely defined product ideas into a coherent first experience while making decisions across UX, interface design, application structure and data.
Result
Delivered the first working MVP and established an end-to-end product foundation spanning interface flows, frontend, REST APIs and data storage.
My Contribution
The product, interface and engineering work I was directly responsible for.
- 01
Developed the first working MVP from early product ideas into a functional web application.
- 02
Designed early flows in Figma before implementing the core product experience in React.
- 03
Built frontend interfaces, REST API integration, and backend functionality using the MERN stack.
- 04
Worked across the full product loop: structure, UI, data, API, and iteration.
